Managed market budgets of more than one million US dollars.
5.能适应快节奏工作模式,较强的沟通能力及跨部门协同能力,较细的管理颗粒度,较强的拿结果能力。
Able to adapt to fast-paced work mode, strong communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, fine management granularity, and strong ability to get results.
【岗位职责】【Job Responsibilities】
1.根据公司战略发展需求制定年度市场营销计划和预算,并监督落地过程和结果.
Formulate annual marketing plans and budgets according to the company's strategic development needs, and supervise the implementation process and results.
2.进行市场调研动作,包括不限于行业动态、竞品分析、用户需求,输出整体品牌.
Conduct market research, including but not limited to industry trends, competitive product analysis, user needs, and output overall brand.
3.分析各大电商平台市场运营特点,明确公司品牌定位,主推产品,主导筹划常规及各活动节点的营销策划方案、落地实施、并对结果进行有效评估.
Analyze the market operation characteristics of major e-commerce platforms, clarify the company's brand positioning, promote products, lead the planning of routine and marketing plans for various activity nodes, implement them, and effectively evaluate the results.
4.定期针对现有产品推广、内容营销等模式进行盘点优化,定期输出有效的数据分析报告.
Regularly
inventory and optimize existing product promotion, content marketing and other
models, and regularly output effective data analysis reports.
5.统筹市场部整体管理工作,搭建高效执行团队。
Coordinate the overall management of the marketing department and build an efficient execution team.
