The role will be an integral member of the team, responsible for creating content and instrumental in evolving, enhancing the story of a growing beauty brand and creating visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate our customers and the community. 公司福利: - Free snacks and lunch 工作要求： -Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or equivalent -Working experience in photography, Prefer both still-life product and talent -Retouching and photo editing -Knowledge of all photographic formats and files, colour management and photo equipment -Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) -Ability to see projects through from concept to execution -Accustomed to work in an environment requiring flexibility and multi-tasking -Knowledge of a wide variety of digital photosystems, software, workflows -Technical knowledge of camera types, image processing and colour temperature/balancing -Experience shooting and editing video passion for photography and an appetite for beauty trends, community and makeup -Able to work confidently “independently” within a team. 工作职责： -Perform product photography and post-production that aligns with the Brand’s guidelines. -Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally -Has creative flair and can formulate ideas quickly and effectively. -Ability to retouch beauty products -Shoot composed, lifestyle photography, and product shots -Work closely with our CMO and creative director to organize, set up, and maintain shoot calendar to ensure all deliverables -Meet deadlines -Meet daily production goals and maintain quality standards -Collaborate with the team on concepts / creative guidelines BONUS QUALIFICATIONS -Video production experience. -Graphic design experience. -Experience creating sites on platforms such as Shopify and social media. A diverse portfolio of photography and graphic design examples is required for consideration.
